We have been closely following the ongoing COVID-19 situation and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and matching those recommendations with the changing tax season deadlines.  Today, March 20th the IRS announced the deadline for both FILING AND PAYING your 2019 tax return has been extended to July 15th.   Accordingly, in order to protect our employees and clients during this unprecedented time, we are making changes in the way we interact with our clients 

Effective Monday March 23, we will discontinue all face to face meeting with our clients and the general public until the situation allows us to return to normal business procedures.  We will have a staff member at each of our offices so you can drop-off tax information and other documents you need to provide us.  We ask that you keep the interactions to a minimum when delivering information.  We recommend you send us information electronically when possible.  We can provide you a secure email link to upload data to us.  Please call or email us if you would like to take advantage of this option.  As always you can send us information via regular mail.  We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your mailings.  

We will be returning your completed tax returns via secure email or U.S. Postal Service.  With the deadline extended our staff will be returning to normal work week schedule, so we will not be completing all of our returns prior to April 15th.  Please be patient with us.

We would request you go ahead and get us your tax return information as soon as possible.  This would help us in our planning and staffing during this unusual situation.

Some of our staff will be working from home, but we are still working and available to answer your phone calls and assist you with any questions.  

Office hours for drop-offs will be Monday-Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am-1pm.
